Configuration
This article is for Cryptic CalloutsCryptic Callouts includes a configuration file that allows you to customise supported features and settings.
The available options may change between versions, so always refer to the configuration file included with the version of Cryptic Callouts you have installed.
Finding the Configuration File
The Cryptic Callouts configuration file is installed alongside the plugin within your LSPDFR installation.
The exact file name and available settings are provided with the mod.
Editing the Configuration
You can edit the configuration file using a standard text editor.
Before making changes:
- Close GTA V and RagePluginHook.
- Create a backup of your current configuration file.
- Open the configuration file using a text editor.
- Change only the settings you understand.
- Save the file before launching the game.
Enabling and Disabling Features
Depending on your version of Cryptic Callouts, the configuration may allow individual features or callouts to be enabled or disabled.
This allows you to customise the plugin around your preferred gameplay experience.
Resetting Your Configuration
If you make changes that cause problems, you can restore your previous configuration using the backup you created.
If no backup is available, reinstalling or replacing the configuration file with the original version may restore the default settings.
