Callout Availability

Callouts are not offered in a fixed order. The incidents you receive can vary between patrols, and individual callouts can be enabled or disabled through the configuration.

You will not necessarily encounter all 20 callouts during a single patrol. An enabled callout is available for selection, but it is not guaranteed to appear immediately.

If a particular callout is not appearing, check that it is enabled in the configuration supplied with your installed release.

Responding to Callouts

Your objectives depend on the incident. During a callout, you may need to:

Attend a reported incident and assess the scene.
Locate suspects or investigate suspicious activity.
Speak with people involved.
Assist victims, civilians or other officers.
Respond to armed threats.
Pursue suspects fleeing on foot or in a vehicle.

Follow the instructions and prompts displayed during the callout.

Assess the situation before taking action. A callout’s name does not establish everything happening at the scene, and circumstances may change after you arrive.

Scenario Variety

The pack includes different scenarios and possible outcomes. Depending on the callout, suspects, weapons and behaviour may vary between encounters.

An incident you have attended before may develop differently on a later patrol.

Some incidents involve armed suspects, active violence or fleeing vehicles. Be prepared for the situation to escalate.

Updates and New Content

Updates may add callouts, expand existing scenarios or improve their behaviour.

After updating, review the release notes and the supplied configuration for changes to available callouts and settings.

Use the documentation and configuration that match your installed version. Older pages may not include recently added callouts or changes.
